Neve - M. Chapoutier is a superb single-vineyard Syrah from the esteemed Côte-Rôtie appellation. Sourced from the "Neve" lieu-dit in the commune of Ampuis, which features rocky schist and mica-schist soils, this wine is certified organic and biodynamic. 

The 2021 vintage is noted for its elegance and classic structure. It presents a deep ruby color and a complex nose of vibrant cassis, black cherry, and raspberry fruits, beautifully layered with notes of violets, crushed stone, and subtle gamey nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a super fine structure, finely grained tannins, and bright acidity that leads to a long, spicy, and mineral finish. This limited-production wine has significant aging potential and is perfect for pairing with lamb, game, or rich meat dishes.
