The "V.I.T." Visitare Interiore Terrae - Domaine de Bila-Haut is a powerful and elegant red wine from the unique terroir of the Agly Valley in the Roussillon region. The name "VIT" stands for Vignes de l'Inventeur (Vineyard of the Inventor), referring to the experimental plots used to create this sophisticated blend of Grenache and Syrah all organically and biodynamically farmed.

The 2019 vintage presents a deep, dark ruby color. The nose is intense and complex, offering aromas of ripe black fruits like blackberry and cassis, balanced by notes of liquorice, Mediterranean herbs (garrigue), and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and robust, with firm, well-integrated tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game dishes, or rich, flavourful stews.
