The Saddleback - Domaine Terlato & Chapoutier is part of the collaborative project between M. Chapoutier of the Rhône Valley and the Terlato family, aimed at showcasing the quality of Australian Shiraz through a European lens of elegance and structure. Produced in the high-altitude Pyrenees region of Victoria, this wine is designed to offer excellent value and immediate appeal.

The 2019 vintage presents a deep ruby-red color. The nose is inviting and expressive, with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and subtle notes of white pepper and spice. On the palate, it is medium-to-full bodied, characterized by smooth, approachable tannins, fresh acidity, and a balanced, fruity finish.
