Tasting Profile: Described by the winery as complex yet elegant, the 2023 vintage offers a bouquet of fresh red berries and cinnamon. On the palate, it unfolds with raspberries, sweet cherries, and subtle hints of mint and vanilla, leading to a juicy blackberry aftertaste balanced by notes of plum and cassis.

Winemaking: Fruit is sourced from six vineyards situated on Oak Leaf and Glenrosa soils. The wine is aged in seasoned French oak barriques for 14 months, resulting in rounded acidity and a silky-smooth mid-palate.
