Pink Black Bird - Klados Winery is a wine full of freshness that captures the carefree mood of summer. A 100% Kotsifali from a vineyard located in Peza, Heraklion, at an altitude of 400 meters and with vines approximately 13 years old. Klados Winery took its first steps in bottling in 2002 and since then its course has been upward, producing wines that impresses, from native and not only varieties.

For this particular wine we have a manual harvest in the first days of September and vinification in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation it matures for 4 months in the tanks.

Its color is pale pink, with intense aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, with subtle floral notes. In the mouth it is fruity with intense acidity and a long aftertaste of red fruits.

Pink Black Bird - Klados Winery can be enjoyed as an aperitif or combined with fruit salads, seafood and Cretan cuisine.
