The Botrytis Semillon - Peter Lehmann is a benchmark Australian dessert wine from the renowned Barossa Valley. The region's warm summers provide ideal conditions for the development of Botrytis cinerea (noble rot) on the 100% Semillon grapes, sourced from the winery's exclusive vineyard along the North Para River. 

This wine displays a beautiful golden color which will deepen with age. The nose is complex and intense, offering aromas of lemon peel, honey, and butterscotch, evolving on the palate with added notes of dried apricot, lemon marmalade, and rich toffee characters.
