Pinot Noir Select 2022 - Hess Persson Estates

Pinot Noir Select - Hess Persson Estates is a wine that you will drink all year long. Coming from the Central Coast region, meaning the areas of Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz, where Pinot Noir thrives due to the cold air waves coming from the Pacific Ocean and helping to maintain acidity, but also silky tannins.

It remains for 9 months in French barrels and gives us a complex and charming result with rich aromas of fruits such as strawberry, cherry, raspberry, plum and clove. Very good structure in the mouth, with silky tannins, complexity and a long aftertaste.

Pinot Noir Select - Hess Persson Estates pairs excellently with roasted turkey, duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto and with soft/semi-hard cheeses.
