Retsina - Tetramythos Winery is the wine that redefined the most misunderstood Greek variety for the modern era. Produced from organically grown Roditis in the high-altitude vineyards of Aegialia, it is traditionally vinified in clay amphorae, with a small amount of high-quality resin from local pine trees. This process results in a wine where the resin is a delicate seasoning rather than a dominant flavor.
