• Flavor Profile: A wine of deep purple color and extraordinary complexity. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe dark fruits, exotic spices, chocolate, and hints of Mediterranean herbs (garrigue). On the palate, it is powerful and concentrated, showcasing silky tannins and an impressive finish that highlights the mineral essence of the terroir.
• Terroir & Vinification: Sourced from a single 4-hectare plot under biodynamic farming. Vinification takes place in concrete vats to preserve the fruit's purity. The wine is aged for 16 months in concrete tanks, intentionally avoiding oak to emphasize the unique, unadulterated character of old-vine Grenache.
