Product Return Policy
You may return any product within 10 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. In this case, the full purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 30 days, following communication with you. Defective Products
If a product has a defect not mentioned in the description and this significantly reduces its value or suitability, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will proceed with immediate replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no charge before it is shipped. If the cancellation is made after shipment and before delivery, you will only be charged the transportation costs.
Incorrect Products
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please inform us immediately. The replacement will be carried out without any shipping charges.
