By creating this online store, our Company aims to inform all Internet users about the full range of our products and to offer the ability to make purchases through remote online ordering, always subject to product availability. The use of our online store www.winebox.gr and purchases made through it are governed by the terms and conditions set out below, which fully comply with applicable Greek law.
Your order may consist of any combination of our products (wines, spirits, beers, delicatessen items, accessories, etc.). For Greece, there are no restrictions on quantity or total value.

Offers
No offer can be combined with any other offer, except for free shipping when the order exceeds the stated threshold. For example, a discount coupon cannot be used on items already on sale.

Prices
All prices listed in euros include VAT but exclude shipping costs and any taxes/duties applicable in the destination country, which are payable by the recipient. Prices apply to items available in our warehouse, while www.winebox.gr reserves the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes.
In regions of Greece where reduced VAT applies and if your order is invoiced, prices will be lower to reflect the reduced VAT rate.
All prices appear subject to typographical errors.
Product Availability
No guarantee can be given regarding product availability; however, customers will be informed promptly of any non-availability.
Force Majeure – Strikes
If, due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes), we cannot deliver your products within the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with your order.
RIGHT OF PRODUCT RETURN
You have the right to return products within 10 days of receipt in the same condition as delivered. In such cases, we will refund the total amount paid minus shipping costs. The refund method will be determined following communication with you and completed within 30 calendar days.
(Not applicable to bulk orders such as events, parties, weddings, etc.)
Defective Products
If a product has a defect not described in its listing that significantly diminishes its value or suitability, the customer must notify www.winebox.gr within 2 days of delivery to request remediation.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
If cancellation occurs after shipment and before delivery, you will be charged only for shipping costs.
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately for replacement without additional cost.
For all return requests, please contact our Company for optimal assistance.
Technical Interference
Users are prohibited from engaging in actions that may burden the infrastructure or disrupt the operation of www.winebox.gr.
Anti-Fraud Measures
Information provided by the customer during checkout is subject to verification to combat credit card fraud. Failure to provide required information prevents your transaction. Payment
For payments by credit/debit card or PayPal, the customer’s account is immediately charged the product and shipping cost upon order submission. The Company reserves the right to reject orders.
Shipping Within Attica
Orders within Attica incur no shipping charge for orders over €50. Delivery occurs within 1–3 business days (wine coolers delivered by arrangement). Gifts are delivered on the date you specify. If the recipient is absent, we repeat delivery at no extra cost.
Shipping Outside Attica
Shipping costs are added to your order based on weight and delivery region.
Delivery options include courier or transport company (minimum 12 bottles). Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Courier deliveries are made directly to your address.
Transport company deliveries are made to central city depots; pickup may be required. Cash on delivery is not available with transport companies.
International Shipping
www.winebox.gr ships internationally via partnered courier services with delivery in approximately 5 business days. Shipping cost is calculated by weight. Bulk orders of 18 bottles are more cost-efficient.
TRANSACTION SECURITY GUARANTEE
www.winebox.gr is committed to protecting your personal information.
Payments may be made via cash on delivery, credit card (through Piraeus Bank WinBank Paycenter), bank deposit, PayPal, or in person at Xenokratous 25, Kolonaki.
For corporate orders requiring invoices, you may order online or contact us via email or phone.
Wholesale orders (restaurants, hotels, catering, etc.) should contact us at info@wine-box.gr with full company details.
